Late Arrivals & Cancellation Policy

Arriving Late for Your Appointment We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late:

We may not be able to accommodate your full treatment.
Your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
The $150 No Show / Cancellation Fee may still apply, as we cannot offer the time slot to another client on such short notice.
No Show / Cancellation Fee: $150.00
This fee helps us maintain availability and quality of service for all clients.
